The question we will address is “why did God make roaches?”. Which is really asking “why are there bad things in this world, why is there evil and suffering”. The “problem of evil” is a huge can of worms. I plan to emphasize more what to do with suffering in our lives, rather they asking why. Not everything happens for a reason, but it sure is nice when it feels like there is some purpose in our suffering. While Christians have a hope that one day we will be free from suffering, while we are here on earth, we work to alleviate it.
